系统图所示，偶极子阵列包含发射及接收端子，实现介电常数和密度的测量。雷达模块实现流速测量。控制器实现流量计算及通讯和人机接口功能。

IV. System Diagram

As shown in the Fig above, the dipole array contains transmitting and receiving dipoles to realize the measurement of dielectric constant and density. The radar module implements the flow rate measurement. The controller realizes the functions of flow calculation, communication and man-machine interface.
